Why don’t we use TPE, since it is softer and has stronger stretchability?

1. TPE is a recyclable material that can even be recycled multiple times, while silicone cannot be recycled and reused. This avoids the possibility of secondary or tertiary contamination in the material that could potentially harm the human body.
2. We use food-grade silicone to provide customers with the highest level of safety.
3. TPE ages, deforms, and cracks more easily than silicone.
4. Even though TPE is soft enough, softness is only one of the requirements. Through special processing techniques, the dolls we produce have already reached a softness very close to that of TPE. Strictly speaking, the hardness of our products is similar to real human muscle, offering a better experience.  

What is the standard for balancing appearance and functionality?

This is a “fish and bear’s paw” situation (you can’t have both perfectly). When the gynoid artists developed the first work, they established the standard: any movement that affects aesthetics will be weakened, but only on the premise that normal functionality is guaranteed. 

Heating function – can’t we do it?

Adding a heating function to the doll is not a technical difficulty, but we take a cautious approach for the following reasons:• First, if a lower-power and relatively safer solution is used, the heating effect will not be very noticeable. In a low ambient temperature, it may take several hours to warm the doll even slightly.
• Second, if a higher-power heating solution is used, the heating time will be greatly shortened, but it also increases the risk. No one can guarantee that electrical devices are 100% safe. As long as the safety rate cannot reach 100%, even if there is only a 0.01% chance of problems, we will unhesitatingly abandon such a solution. Customer personal safety is our primary consideration. For the above reasons, we have decided not to develop this function until a better solution is available.  

Why does the same model of gynoid realistic doll show different makeup colors in different photos? Even for the same character, the product photos you see may have differences in makeup. This is because:

1. Every doll's makeup is completed entirely by hand, so it is impossible to make them exactly the same. There may be very slight differences from the photos.
2. Lighting, shooting techniques, and angles during photography may cause visual discrepancies.

​Are the head and body of gynoid realistic doll sold separately?

The head and body of gynoid doll are not sold separately, unless you have already purchased the corresponding body, in which case you may continue to purchase the matching head.  

Will the makeup of the gynoid fade?

The makeup of gynoid doll is completed using special silicone paint and a confidential special process. Under normal circumstances, it will not peel off. You can understand it as a thick coating applied to the product’s surface. The coating will gradually fade and thin with continuous friction and handling by the user.。  

​What are the advantages of gynoid dolls?

1. Compared with other dolls,gynoid has a more perfect body figure and a more realistic face.
2. In terms of skin texture representation, we are currently the world's exclusive pioneer. The texture, blood vessels, and freckles are lifelike. Without affecting aesthetics, we have maximized mobility to the extreme, with every finger joint movable.
3. gynoid doll feels closer to real human skin in touch.  

Can the heads of gynoid dolls be used interchangeably?

From the perspective of installation and structure, they can be shared, but only limited to products of the same series and same height. Because different heights and body shapes result in different head proportions, they can be interchanged but will affect the appearance.

Can gynoid dolls be bathed or rinsed with water?

Although bathing and cleaning are not essentially different, for this type of product (including other brands), it is recommended not to rinse with water or place it in a bathtub for bathing. This is because the internal movable skeleton is made of metal with foam filling. Soaking in water may allow water to enter, causing the metal surface to rust due to water and oxygen erosion. Even if it does not rust, long-term water accumulation can produce odor. Our recommended cleaning method is: regularly wiping with body powder as the main cleaning method. If there is dirt in a local area, use cotton or a towel dampened with water to gently wipe it.

Why does the gynoid choose foamed silicone as the filling material?

Currently, realistic dolls are roughly divided into two filling methods: the first is internal filling material covered with silicone skin on the outside; the second is full silicone filling. We adopt the first method. The materials used for internal filling vary greatly, including foamed sponge, foamed PU, foamed silicone, etc. In order to achieve true non-toxicity and harmlessness, we chose foamed silicone, even though the cost is higher and the production process is more complex. The advantages are as follows:

1. It can reduce the product weight by about 20% compared with full silicone.
2. It can make the product softer.
3. It can increase the stretchability of the silicone layer and prevent the metal skeleton from directly contacting the surface silicone, making the silicone layer less prone to damage.
4. Except for the skeleton, the raw materials are truly controlled to be all silicone, avoiding other impurities and preventing harm to the human body.
5. In terms of material cost and processing cost, this choice is more expensive, but we do not want to abandon our original intention just to save costs.

Does gynoid accept customization?

Customization is divided into full customization and semi-customization. If our products have selectable options in settings such as ethnicity, skin color, eyes, hairstyle, color, and the size and shape of the private parts, players can customize within these options, which is called semi-customization. We also support full customization, but it must not involve any legal disputes.

Why gynoid is more expensive than other brands?

1. Our products, from prototype design to coloring and dressing, are the result of joint efforts by well-known domestic and international artists. We combine traditional methods with 3D technology. The development team involved in the early sample development alone has reached more than 20 people. The subtle visibility of blood vessels in the coloring part and the layered representation of skin texture all represent the highest level and most complex craftsmanship of today. The movable finger joints are undoubtedly the biggest breakthrough.
