Storage Environment:

Gynoid realistic doll is made from platinum silicone as the raw material. It is non-toxic and odorless. The silicone has a Shore hardness of 0 degrees, a stretch rate of 450%, and a tear resistance of 1.7 MPa. When silicone products are left for a long time, the surface may develop an oily, shiny appearance. This is a normal phenomenon caused by the silicone oil contained in the formula. Simply wipe it with baby powder to resolve it. In addition, during use and storage, dust and stains will adhere to the surface. To maintain the good performance of the silicone skin and keep the surface clean, please perform maintenance at regular intervals. The maintenance interval varies depending on usage conditions and storage environment. Lightly wipe with baby powder before each use; if left unused for a long time, once every half month is recommended. Under normal circumstances, gently wiping the doll’s surface with baby powder is sufficient. If dirt is stuck on the silicone surface, clean it with a mild detergent diluted with water. Do not scrub forcefully to avoid damage or color fading. You may use soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, or other mild detergents. When wiping the silicone surface, never use corrosive cleaners, including strong acids, strong alkalis, strong disinfectants, or powerful detergents. Any problems caused by using such cleaners are not covered under warranty.

Joint Maintenance:

If the product’s joints are kept in a highly bent position for a long time, wrinkles may appear on the surface. This is caused by improper posture that subjects the surface to prolonged pressure. For example, keeping the knees bent for an extended period may create irregular textures on the inner side due to compression. After display or use, please try to return each joint to a stress-free state as much as possible, such as lying flat or choosing a posture with minimal stress.

Coating / Makeup Maintenance:

The makeup applied at the factory uses special silicone paint, which generally does not peel off and only gradually fades with handling and friction. However, please do not wipe forcefully during cleaning or use. Pay attention to the wiping pressure when using and cleaning the doll. Excessive force may cause eyelashes or pubic hair to fall out and lead to color fading. Once the color has faded, it is difficult to repair. Users may apply cosmetics for makeup, but please choose products with low viscosity and low oil content; otherwise, they may be difficult to clean. When removing makeup, be careful with the pressure to avoid color fading. (All color fading or hair loss caused by improper operation is not covered under warranty. Fading and hair loss can be repaired, but the user must bear the shipping and repair costs.)
